I had a very synchronistic journey to discovering Iodine. Specifically in the form of Lugol's Solution. Lugol's is a combination of 2 forms which serve specific areas of the physical via their individual aspects but also as a combined force too. It depends on the area.
The main teacher who entered my reality relative to this when my timing was right. Was Dr David Brownstein. He is a hero to me. A very courageous doctor who upon living a life accommodating the typical approach as a Western Trained physician. Chose to follow his heart witnessing the effects that path was having. Specifically to his own father.
He covers many many things. I cannot recommend exploring his wisdom enough. The price of his books are not geared to personal gain. Their price would not cover much more than the production. I recommend his documentary lecture also on Iodine. But he covers a very impressive range of topics related to our physical temple. There is also a great deal on YouTube relative to his work.
